The Orion Automation System TM2000WG4 Dual Station Positioner cell with 500kg load capacity rotating two axis positioner utilises the Panasonic fully integrated dedicated robot welding technology to weld multiple small through to medium parts each production cycle.

The servo controlled rotating dual axis positioner ensures that even complex fabrications can be positioned for the optimal welding attitude, ensuring that the welding quality is world class.

This single station cell includes all steel - jig table, machined robot pedestal, pedestal plate for the dual axis positioner, guarding posts, panels & sliding service access door.

Available to weld mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium in MIG configuration, or stainless steel & titanium in TIG configuration, discuss with Orion to maximise your investment with the production flexibility your industry requires.

Australian engineered & manufactured cell fabrications are designed for fast & efficient installation and is engineered to be relocated easily.
