The Orion Automation System TL2000WG4 Dual Station cell with Master JIG Tables utilises the Panasonic fully integrated dedicated robot welding technology to weld multiple small through to medium parts each production cycle.

This dual station cell includes all steel - jig tables, machined robot pedestal, guarding posts, panels & sliding service access door. The highly productive two stations enable one jig station to be reloaded while the robot is welding in the other jig station.

Available to weld mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium in MIG configuration, or stainless steel & titanium in TIG configuration, discuss with Orion to maximise your investment with the production flexibility your industry requires.

Australian engineered & manufactured cell fabrications are designed for fast & efficient installation and is designed & engineered to be relocated easily.

With machined jig guides on the included master jig tables the quick product changeovers further improve your production efficiencies.
