The KFS Framemaker Roll Formers are high-performance machines engineered for the production of load-bearing steel frame components. Ideal for stud and track suppliers, off-site construction, modular and panelised building contractors, and both residential and commercial fabricators, they are optimised for the demands of structural steel framing.

  • Proven high reliability and performance speed, processing up to 2,200 m/hr with servo drive and supporting steel coil yield strengths up to 450 MPa and tensile strengths up to 520 MPa.
  • Advanced precision from hydraulic cut-off and punch tools, plus a servo drive system.
  • Efficient process management with an integrated digital batch controller.
  • Multi-profile capability: forms various web widths and flange heights in 0.75mm – 2.7mm steel.
  • Automated feeding, cutting and punching increase productivity.
