The Helix Flexible Screw Conveyor provides batch, intermittent or continuous bulk conveying, with a single moving part and tool-free washdowns in under 5 minutes.

Doses and conveys powders, crystals, pellets, friable material, flakes and granules horizontally or vertically.
A single helicoid screw rotates inside a fixed tube, with one moving part in the standard Helix, fewer components and a single drive point to minimise maintenance.
Stainless steel construction withstands a continuous flow of abrasive materials.
Low-speed operation with a flexible or rigid plastic tube allows routing around fixed obstacles and conveying at steep inclines.
An economical, lower-cost option compared with complex pneumatic or bucket elevator systems.

Quick-release end cap and heavy-duty U-bolt assembly allow the inner coreless screw auger to be uncoupled and fully withdrawn from the bottom without tools.
The food-grade tube can be flushed and sanitised without special tools or ladders.

Smooth stainless steel contact surfaces support washdowns and compliance with strict Australian food, dairy and pharmaceutical sanitary standards.
