It is the ideal solution for products that have an irregular shaped surface geometry, and require a home-style final appearance. The DB-4Xtra can be used a pre-duster or as a final breader with flour coatings in a double or triple pass coating line. It is quick and easy to set up and provides a process with a high degree of repeatability and control.
