System Phases

Tyre Derived Fuel (TDF):
- Primary tyre shredder reduces whole tyres to 50–100 mm chips for export or use as TDF.

- Works with a range of tyre types and sizes, up to 1.8 m in diameter.
Tyre Crumb:
- Second phase plant transforms TDF into high-quality rubber crumb (1–4 mm granules).
- System separates rubber, textile, and steel components.
- Crumb is suitable for manufacturing, asphalt, sports surfaces, and civil engineering.
Rubber Powder:
- Final phase grinds rubber granules (5–15 mesh) to fine powder (40–80 mesh).
