Services are carried out at a time convenient to your schedule and should the need arise, we are also available for emergency breakdown work at minimum notice on a 24/7 basis.

The training & professionalism of our Service Team is second to none and they are backed up by our expert Engineering Department.

A complete Service Report, confirming the safe operational condition of the hoist is provided at the completion of each service and a full Service History of each hoist is maintained at Head Office.

Elevating Work Platforms are required to undergo Major inspections at 10 year and subsequent 5 year periods, and Southwell are equipped to refurbish these units to Australian Standards, certifying them for a further 5 years service with minimal downtime.
