How It Works

Contaminated wastewater flows through vertical tubes that facilitate collision and merging of oil droplets, enabling oil to separate and rise for removal.
Optional settling tanks capture grit, sand, and heavy solids before the coalescing stage, protecting efficiency and minimising clogs.
Specially designed to separate free-floating (non-emulsified) oils. Emulsified oil may require additional pre-treatment.
