The SF Series is Vision Wide’s flagship 3-axis double column machining centre, engineered for high-speed and high-accuracy mould and component machining. Its linear guideway design ensures smooth movement and high-speed positioning, with rapid traverse rates reaching 24 m/min and cutting feed rates up to 10 m/min.

The machine’s ultra-wide column and base structure provide superior rigidity, supporting the spindle and YZ axes during heavy-duty operations. The large, stepped Y-axis design brings guideways closer to the beam and spindle, increasing load-bearing capacity and cutting stability.

Z-axis travel reaches up to 1,020 mm, with high acceleration/deceleration performance for contour accuracy in mould machining. The SF Series also includes a spindle and structure thermal compensation system, maintaining dimensional accuracy within 0.02 mm under varying environmental conditions.

Standard spindle options include 10,000 rpm (BT-50) or 12,000 rpm (BT-40) direct-driven units, with optional 6,000 rpm 2-step geared spindles for higher torque applications. The machine is compatible with FANUC controls, including the 0i-MF Plus with 15” LCD and advanced data server capabilities.

The SF Series supports a wide range of accessories, including coolant through spindle systems (20 bar), auto tool measurement (Renishaw TS-27R), and vertical tool magazines. Installation and commissioning services are available, with flexible shipping configurations for international delivery.
