The Vision Wide BM Series is purpose-built for machining large and heavy workpieces, offering Y-axis travel up to 4,200 mm and workpiece height capacity up to 2,400 mm. Its beam-moving bridge design incorporates a movable cross rail, synchronised W-axis feed, and dual servo motors for precise rail positioning. The machine’s double beam configuration—fixed and movable—ensures optimal parallelism and cutting power.

The W-axis is supported by twin hydraulic cylinders with automatic pressure tuning, enabling smooth vertical movement and heavy-duty cutting. A rationing hydraulic system maintains parallelism of the cross rail, even when the headstock shifts along the Y-axis. The BM Series also features a precise clamping device to secure the cross beam, enhancing spindle cutting accuracy.

For versatility, the BM Series includes automatic 5-face machining with multi-angle head attachments and extended Y-travel. Tool change options include floor-standing vertical-horizontal systems, available in both fixed and random configurations. The spindle motor options range from 22/26 kW to 30/37 kW, with speeds up to 6,000 rpm.

This series is ideal for industries requiring high rigidity, precision, and flexibility in machining large components—such as aerospace, energy, and heavy equipment manufacturing.
