Enclosed laser head and gantry- CE certified full enclosure surrounds the cutting head and gantry, ensuring operator and bystander protection by containing laser radiation.
Cutting view- Operators can see cutting in real time with a live feed from an internal camera displayed on the console, ensuring visibility without compromising safety.
Freestanding operators console-Standalone operator console keeps the operator outside the safety light curtain area.
Active obstacle avoidance system- BodorGenius, Bodor’s intelligent laser head, uses sensors and algorithms to detect potential obstacles like tilting parts and automatically avoids a potential collision. It largely ensures the stability as well as operating efficiency in the cutting process.
Lightning piercing -The technology offers rapid, precise piercing with reduced time. It features monitored processes for efficiency, automatic focus adjustment for seamless piercing, and integration with Bodor Genius.
