ACE tripper conveyor systems extend the operating length of an existing conveyor without installing a new system - PLC-coordinated control between head and tripper drives, with dewatering, braking, and low-height underground options available.

ACE designs and manufactures tripper conveyor systems that allow mine operators to extend the operating length of an existing conveyor without the cost of a full system replacement. Multiple tripper conveyor drives can be installed in series for further extension, with full PLC coordination maintained between head and tripper drives throughout.
