Wika Temperature Transmitter | T32 | RTD, ...
With the new T32.XS temperature transmitters WIKA has further enhanced the proven concept behind the classic T32.10/T32.30 instruments. The T32.1S head mounting transmitter has local IECEx certification for Group I and II gases, and is therefore suitable for underground mining in Australia. Also available is the LS-O stainless steel temperature assembly head.
Both the measurement and functional characteristics have been optimised.
Two independent Pt100/TC sensors can now be connected to the temperature transmitter. The availability of the measuring point is increased through the instrument’s automatic redundancy switching.
In addition, the T32.XS offers excellent diagnostic capabilities with its integrated drift detection, combined with extended error signalling. Corrosion monitoring in accordance with NAMUR NE89 is also included.
Proven, convenient functions, such as the excellent compatibility with almost all open software and hardware tools, as well as international approvals for applications in hazardous areas set the T32.XS apart. Another feature that comes in handy is the compatibility of the new transmitter with existing software modules. When customers who have been using model T32.X0 transmitters up to now convert to the new T32.XS, they can simply keep using previous integrations within their engineering tools via DD, EDDL and DTM technology.
The new T32.1S head-mounting transmitter comes in the usual, accepted size, but with additional terminals for the HART® communication. It replaces the model T32.10, which has now been available since 1999. The new T32.3S rail-mounting transmitter supercedes the successful T32.30 and is now integrated within an even more user-friendly case.
