What is the Steam Pressure?

The Steam Pressure industrial cleaning machine is a powerful cleaning system, designed for the most demanding, heavily contaminated or soiled sites imaginable. It features the brutal cutting power and grease-dissolving capabilities of super-heated 94% dry steam.

The sheer power of the steam blast comes from being + 180oC on exit from the machine, and mixed with 50-100oC hot water. This produces a grease and grime cutting force so strong, it makes light work of removing the most stubborn, persistent stains and residues.

The Steam Pressure is great for:

Blasting food residues off processing equipment and preparation areas with 150 bar high pressure water and then thermally sanitise using +180⁰C super heated 94% dry system
Degreasing and removing grime from all mechanical workshop surfaces or engineering machinery in seconds. With the Steam Pressure there is no need for scrubbing or degreasers.
The Steam Pressure is ideal for use in environments like abattoirs where the high pressure water rids surfaces of meat/bone residue in seconds and the +180⁰C melts fats and sanitises.
