CPS 0800

CPS 0800 base module prints and verifies up to 400 cartons per minute and is adaptable to any client’s current applications. The Track & Trace module is suitable for printing & verification, coding and serialisation, among others. In addition to serialisation the line process is also able to control and manage the process of product aggregation.

CPS 1400

A multi-flexible unit: fitting all types of printers, cameras, lasers and labels, printing and verifying up to 350 cartons per minute. The HMI control panel coordinates the machine and the printing and verification equipment, as well as possible functional extensions into an easy-to-operate overall concept.

CPS 1900

With the CPS 1900, cartons can be printed, verified, check weighed, and have security labels applied. It can be equipped with up to two security label dispensers. This modular expansion is also optionally available with a check weigher. Up to 350 cartons per minute can be printed and verified. By integrating a labeler, the cartons are labeled separately.

CPS 0600

The CPS 0600 is a bottle labelling machine with the possibility to serialize the label on the bottle as well as print a helper code on the bottom or top of the bottle

CPA 0320

The CPA 0320 Integration Kit within the 3rd party bundler machines aggregate single cartons to bundles. The kit includes a HMI, a cabinet with an IPC, a manual scanner, cameras and sensors, mounting brackets and fittings. 

CPA 0410

The CPA 410 is available in different executions. With one or multiple camera systems and equipped with one or two label printers.

CPA 0510

With the CPA 0510 station the operator is able to aggregate cases to pallets if this functionality is not already included in CPA 0410. The machine is equipped with a manual scanner and the case is scanned before it´s moved to the pallet. 

CPA 0520

The CPA 0520 is a predefined integration kit for the integration into an automatic palletizer station. This integration kid enables the reading of serialized shipper cases via a camera system. 

CPA 0110

The CPA 0110 Rework Station is connected to level 3 site management systems. It is equipped with an HMI, a serial number generator, and a label printer. Further, a hand scanner enables the operator to scan codes and rework batches.
