Wall thickness of Rectangular Caps: Wall Thickness "C" is measured from the open end, increasing slightly toward the closed end. Wall tolerance is ± 0.25 mm
Materials of Rectangular Caps: Numerous materials are available. Our most common material is a 701 Vinyl with a glossy finish
Hundreds of design variations are possible by varying wall thickness, hardness, inside length and surface texture allowing you to choose from a variety of sizes in black, or we can manufacture in your choice of bright colours in both hard and soft materials
