Features

• Metal and Non-metal cutting laser machine cutting up to 20mm acrylic and 18mm wood/ply in 1 pass, up to1.5mm mild steel and 1mm stainless steel.
• Fully enclosed machine for additional safety and protection. Our clear access lid gives you a view of your work in action while protecting your eyes for the CO2 laser beam. The interlocking sensor in the laser lid will stop themachine from running if the lid is opened during use. All other doors have key locks. • Feed through allows you to feed material through the front of the machine, increasing the capacity of your machine while keeping a small footprint and full enclosure. Feed in a full 1220x2440 sheet!
• Our Origin rulers provide you with a quick and easy way to align your workpiece to the origin of the bed when cutting and manually measure points of reference. You can also move the laser head to a position on the bed and create a starting point from here, so cutting from offcuts and scrap pieces is made easy. You will have more productivity, less wastage and complete control over your cutting process.
• Our Automatic height adjust head is standard on the K1309M for metal cutting and tracks the surface height for metal cutting consistency, allowing you to quickly and safely set the focal height of the machine in reference to the metal material pleased on the bed. Manual height adjustment for non-metal cutting.
• We now provide both RDworksand Lightburn Software with your machine. RDworks is compatible with PC and Lightburn is compatible with both PC and MAC OS computers allowing you to have a streamline design process. We love the Lightburn software package with its easy, intuitive functionality and we know you will too.
• Our K1309 machine has been designed with a solid welded chasis frame. Please review dimensions of the machine as it will not fit through a standard door frame. For internal machine set ups please ask us about our air filter options.
• The Z (up-down) travel of the machine is 200mm, allowing the machine to be used with either a wheel or chuck type rotary device and allowing for cutting and engraving onto large objects.
• There is a Conical table with under table extraction connection, for better quality extraction. The conical shape also helps to capture and parts or offcuts and channel them into the clean-up drawer
• LED internal lighting you to easily view your workpiece cutting through the tinter protective lid.
• Our S&A CW5200 Water chiller is included with both the 100W and 150W power options. Our standard compressor and extraction fan are included. Ask us about our Software integrated High-powered compressor option for optimal quality clean cutting, and our air filtration units for filtering all particles and fumes from the air (recommended for office and at-home machine set-up)
• Oxygen gas is required for Metal cutting and is not included with the machine.
