Compuload CL320 Digital Weighing System Scale, is a tough robust IP68 rated weighing system is an effective means of weighing goods on your Forklift truck, Skid Steer and small Agricultural Front End Loader.  The Compuload CL320 scale system uses a Compuload stainless steel IP67 rated pressure transducer connected to the hydraulic lines required to raise the load which measures the pressure and converts this into a Kg weight reading on the scales display.  This will ensure your goods will not overload the truck or trailer capacity, pallet racking weight limits etc.

The Compuload CL320 combines innovation in industrial desgin and engineering excellence to create a weighing system scale that is ideal for use in food processing, automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical or wet weighing applications or weighing applications that require reliable operation in harsh environment conditions.  Constructed of high tech plastic alloy that is:

• Chemical
• Temperture
• Impact resistant.

The double O ring seal provides superior performance over traditional stainless steel enclosures.  The IP69K rating is the industry's highest environmental protection rating, designed to withstand cleaning with high pressure water jets to 1400psi at high temperatures up to 80°C from multiple angles.

With two power options – 12-24 VDC standard plus optional NiCad rechargeable battery option which negates the need to use a DC power convertor to reduce the power supply back to 12-24 VDC for electric forklifts.

• Built-in Check Weighing function useing 3 x coloured high intensity status LED's relating to Over, Under and OK to ensure goods / weights are within range.

The use of capactive keyboard allows the front panel to be constructed as a single piece.  The CL320 keypad senses an operator's finger, whether gloved or not, from inside the enclosure.  There are no moving parts to wear out, no glue to deteriorate and keypad tails to fail due to vibration or corroisin.  The strenght of the single front fasica increases the duability of the instrument, protecting the LCD and electronics from external impacts.

The magnetically coupled opto-link on the front panel provides a convenient temporary connection to a laptop for transfer and setup and calibration information and future downloads of software upgrades meaning there is no need to access the rear of the display.
