Available in three styles; in-line helical, offset parallel and right angle helical bevel, these products feature greater torque density in a compact housing and increased power capability.

The product line features torque ratings up to 14,000 Nm with ratios over 7500:1. Quantis is an ideal solution for a wide range of applications found in the food, aggregate, cement, grain, water and wastewater industries.

Inline helical – Quantis ILH
Quantis ILH reducers provide high torque density in a compact housing configuration. These reducers are available as gearmotors or B5 flanged input, and ship ready to install with factory-filled lubrication.

Offset parallel – Quantis MSM
The universal housing of the Quantis motorized shaft mount gear reducer accommodates either footed or flanged configurations. This reducer offers the Dodge patented twin-tapered bushing system that makes it easy to install and remove the product, even after years of service. The Quantis MSM is also available as a screw conveyor drive.

Right angle helical bevel – Quantis RHB
Quantis RHB gear reducers feature a helical-bevel gear train that offers a cost-effective, high and low speed solution. RHB units feature the Dodge patented twin-tapered bushing system that makes it easy to install and remove the reducer, even after years of service.
