Tank Body

Arc welded construction with mild steel thickness 6mm (top), 8mm (side) and 10mm (bottom).

2 (two) man holes 500mm diameter and 1 (one) filling port560mm diameter.

9 (nine) compartments inside tank with 2 (two) 8mm x 100mm x100mm bronze anodes with bolted mountings on the bottom ofthe tank.

Complete with folding guard rails and folding access ladder

Sub Frame

• Mild Steel SS400 with 8mm thickness.

Water Pump

• Centrifugal Southern Cross Pump, capacity 1800 L/min to be coupled with Vickers Hydraulic Motor.

Spray

3 (three) Magnum heavy duty spray head incorporating airoperated on-off valve operation from the cabin and 1 (one) manually controlled Magnum water cannon.

The tank is completed with 4 inch diameter air operated gravityspray bar, with controls located in the cabin.

The gravity spray bar is located at the rear of the tank.

Painting

Internal tank to be blasted clean, followed by an application of aZinc rick primer 80 microns and finished with a coat of tar epoxy125 microns.

External tank to be blasted clean, primed and painted in twopackenamel.
