Vertical Balers are an innovative waste management solution and are used for the compaction of materials. Commonly employed in any recycling process, a baler unit condenses materials into a bale for easy storage, transport and handling. Designed with space restriction in mind, our range of Vertical Balers are suited to many commercial applications.

Typical recyclable commodities often baled include plastic packaging, plastic bottles, paper products, cardboard packaging, light gauge ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and shrink wrap. While all balers work in a similar way to each other, various models with different sizes are available to suit varying requirements.

Vertical Balers are available in sizes that produce bales of up to 40, 60, 75 and 100 kg. Additionally, optional larger and 3-phases units are available upon request.

Vertical Balers can compact virtually any product into a bale. In fact, our MWP75 model can be equipped with a Can Crusher insert to assist in further recycling measures. Our range of balers has been built with safety in mind. With many ergonomic and efficiency benefits, they can be introduced effectively in any workplace.

A great range of Balers available. 

We have four models of Vertical Balers available, including:

• MWP40 – a compact baler ideal for locations with space restrictions.
• MWP60 – a cardboard baler with a small footprint, designed with space restrictions in mind.
• MWP75 – one of our most popular small-volume multi-purpose balers.
• MWP101 – a sturdy, robust and efficient baler, best suited for medium volumes of waste.

All balers can be supplied with an optional three-phase power supply. The MWP40 and MWP60 can be fitted with a Bale Lifting Trolley, whereas the MWP101 can be manufactured with a galvanised finish or with a sliding top door for easing loading of materials. As mentioned previously, the MWP75 can be fitted with the ability to crush cans including cans and tins from 5L to 20 L or plastic containers, steel cans and fibre cans.

MWP40 Features: 

This unit is ideal for any locations where space and height may be restricted. It is a compact model that can be used as a plastic baler for shrink wrap, plastic bottles and other similar applications. With only a tiny footprint, the MWP40 is suitable for garage forecourt, retail outlets, offices, small hospitality businesses.

• Ideal for locations where there are restrictions in space and height.
• Producers a very small and compact waste bale; up to 40 kg.
• Ideal for small-volume waste producers.

MWP60 Features: 

This unit is a durable low-volume solution that compacts cardboard. With a small footprint, the MWP60 baler has been designed with space restrictions in mind. As a small-scale cardboard press, it is suited to fast-food outlets, city locations and other workplaces where cardboard compaction is essential.

• Suitable for use where space is limited.
• Compacts small to medium volumes of waste.
• Produces small 60 kg bales, which are easily moved via a trolley jack.
• Small-scale cardboard press.

MWP75 Features: 

One of our most popular balers, the MWP75 suits small to medium-sized waste production. As a handy baler that crushes cardboard, it solves many waste situations in workplaces with space limitations. The unit easily transforms larges boxes into neat bales and is a perfect option for small grocery stores, fast-food outlets, retail establishments and warehouses.

The MWP75 can also be fitted with a Can Crusher Insert that raises the can to allow the press head to compact with a full stroke.

• Compacts small to medium volumes of waste.
• An economical cardboard crusher.
• Can be fitted with a Can Crusher Insert for compaction of cans and tins (from 5 L to 20 L). The insert can also be used for plastic containers, steel cans and fibre cans.

MWP101 Features: 

The MWP101 is a robust and versatile unit that assists with medium-sized volumes of cardboard waste. A key advantage of this sturdy solution is its large feed opening sizes, where up to 1-metre boxes can be fed with ease. It’s well suited to applications within grocery stores, warehouse, storage centres and other similar establishments. It produces European pallet-sized bales.
