Pinch Valves are versatile solutions for material flow interception in pneumatic conveying systems and pipelines. They can also serve as locking devices for silo filling pipes.

The body of the Pinch Valve is made from aluminum alloy, while the sleeves are fabricated from fabric-reinforced material. The sleeve support bushes are available in aluminum alloy, hardened carbon steel, or 304/316 stainless steel.

Function

Pinch Valves intercept material flow in pneumatic conveying systems or pipelines. They can also function as locking devices for silo filling pipes. With Pinch Valves, introducing compressed air reshapes the internal flexible sleeve to seal the passage. Pinch Valves utilize single-action air cylinders to keep the sleeve open or closed, depending on air presence.
