Specialized for conveying cereals, flour, or similar materials, TCG Chain Conveyors enable material discharge at different points through intermediate outlet spouts equipped with electrically operated slide valves. Widely used in storage plants for cereals and similar products, they offer cost-effective, reliable, and durable conveying solutions.

Chain or Drag Conveyors are designed for conveying dry solids such as free-flowing powders, granules, pellets, and flakes. The hot-galvanized, flanged casing comprises tail and head sections, along with modular intermediate sections for easy assembly and maintenance. The drive unit is coupled on the drag roller by direct geared motor or chain transmission. Conveyor chains may be manufactured from blank and bent links or forged with pressed links, with chain guides made of Polyzene® or manganese steel.

Function: TCG Chain Conveyors specialize in conveying cereals, flour, or similar materials. Rectangular shaped flights drag and convey the product along the bottom of the casing, fixed beneath a guided chain. These conveyors facilitate material discharge at different points through intermediate outlet spouts, suitable for various industrial processes and storage plant applications.
