The PCR31 is a versatile beam and plate coping system that combines structural steel and plate processing in one workflow. It performs notches, holes, weld preps, beam splitting, scribing, and marking on up to three faces of H-beams, channels, angles, HSS, and plate. It processes plates up to 60" wide with integrated torch height control and automatic calibration. The PCR41 is a compact, high-definition robotic plasma cutting solution for structural steel fabricators. It delivers four-face processing for copes, notches, holes, and markings on all sides of the material. Designed for space efficiency, it offers flexible layout configurations and processes DSTV/NC1 files directly without macros. Equipped with a laser measurement system and dual rotary encoders, it automatically adjusts for material deviations.
