Pressure Relief Valve - Spring Loaded
The ‘IT’ spring loaded pressure relief valves are suitable for surge relief pressures not exceeding 25bar. When the system pressure reaches the relief set point, the valve opens to reduce the system pressure.

Adjusting the Relief Set-Point
The pressure relief set-point is adjustable by adding or removing spring washers. Adding spring washers increases the pressure relief set-point and vice versa.

Lubrication
The ‘IT’ pressure relief valve is equipped with grease nipples to lubricate the sealing surfaces on the valve’s shuttle, thus preventing corrosion and scale buildup on the sealing surfaces.

The ‘IT’ nitrogen charged pressure relief valves are fully compatible with the ‘IT’ isolating valves and can be converted with minimal cost and time.
