Designed for Your Needs
Case IH Axial-Flow combines have set the standard for grain quality and unsurpassed efficiency and productivity. We worked with our customers to purposefully design a machine that incorporates the latest in harvest technology to take your harvest to the next level. Each technological advancement in the Axial-Flow 260 series combine is seamlessly integrated into its operation. And with Harvest Command, we take the guesswork out of your harvest. For you, it means a harvest like no other.
Exceptionally Adaptable
Pro 1200 Dual Displays
Control Center for Your Combine
Pro 1200 dual displays give you an unmatched view of every aspect of the Axial-Flow 260 combine operation. The large displays feature an anti-glare screen for optimum visibility and allow for instant grain quality imaging for a real-time, high-definition look at harvested grain.
Working with our customers, we developed the entire display system for easy navigation among key functions. The Pro 1200 dual displays allow the operator customize the display to meet their needs, input Harvest Command settings, set up guidance and share real-time data and critical machine information with remote managers, consultants and technicians
Technology Packages
Tailor Your Technology
We’ve taken the guesswork out of technology by bundling tech packages to make it easier to choose the technology that’s best suited to your operation.
Essential precision technology tools for a more productive harvest are included in your Axial-Flow 260 purchase, including industry-leading Harvest Command, Pro1200 dual displays, AccuGuide, AccuSync and subscription-free connectivity.
FieldOps
Connect, View, Manage with Case IH FieldOps
One simplified, comprehensive platform for all your Case IH equipment. The new all-in-one FieldOps™ mobile app stores information from your entire connected fleet, providing one streamlined platform for all your equipment, putting all your equipment information in one place for all users.
Get access to real-time data and insights, including real-time monitoring, precise equipment location and duty status, estimated job completion time, and more.
Proactively monitor machine health and quickly spot high-priority issues and receive customized notifications. Data can be viewed for any specific operating parameter over the course of a season, or over several seasons, to enhance operational efficiency.
ActiveTrac
Next-Generation Track System for Increased Floatation
The new ActiveTrac four-roller hydraulic suspended track system on the Axial-Flow 260 Series combine offers a wider footprint, reducing compaction and increasing flotation by 14 percent over fixed-track models.
Sensors on the track system’s cylinders constantly adjust to field conditions and grain tank load to ensure consistent flotation throughout the working day.
Harvest Command
Automate Your Harvest
Harvest Command lets you take control of your harvest. Using advanced sensors strategically located throughout the combine, Harvest Command automatically adjusts settings to ensure an efficient harvest. Regardless of the time of day, crop conditions or moisture levels, the Harvest Command combine automation system is always working for you. Each automation mode prioritizes different harvesting outcomes — from grain quality to grain savings to throughput. Choose the mode of automation to match your harvesting goals. Then set the crop type, maximum operating speed and power limits and Harvest Command takes over from there.
Operator Environment
All-Day Comfort
We know harvest demands long hours in the cab. And while the technology in our Axial-Flow 260 Series combine will make your harvest more productive and less stressful, operator comfort remains a top priority.
With one of the largest and quietest cabs among combine manufacturers, the Axial-Flow cab gives you industry-leading glass and unsurpassed sightlines so you can keep an eye on the entire header. With its ergonomic and intuitive design, you get maximized comfort and productivity.
Feeding System
Durable for Even the Most Challenging Conditions
A durable feeder house handles even the most demanding crop conditions. The feeder top shaft drive coupler features a crown spline design for greatly improved durability. A simple, two-piece feeder floor design increases durability and improves crop feeding. Plus, up to 6,123 kilograms in lift capacity handles even the largest chopping corn head on the market.
Transmission
Options to Fit Your Operation
The two-speed electric shift ground drive transmission increases tractive effort and reduces the need to stop and shift in field or on the road. Wider speed ranges provide more power for climbing hills and in challenging ground conditions. An optional differential lock further improves traction and performance. These combines are equipped with closed-loop sensing which ensures constant speed control plus an economy mode for fuel savings.
Our industry-exclusive Power Plus™ CVT drive provides reduced complexity and maintenance, while the PTO gear case design ensures pumps and drives are operating efficiently throughout the entire rpm range.
Our patented header to feeder ground speed automatically matches header speed to ground speed with in-cab electronic variable feeder speed control, optimizing grain savings in down-corn conditions. Header and feeder automatically adapt to combine speed and put more grain in your tank.
Threshing & Separating
Adaptable for Varying Crop and Threshing Conditions
We pioneered single rotor development back in the 1960s. Since then, refinements, enhancements and improvements have led to the pinnacle in rotor performance — the AFX rotor. The AFX rotor can be set into many configurations, adapting to both crop and threshing conditions.
Cleaning System
Harvesting High-Quality Grain
High-capacity combines need high-capacity cleaning systems. Axial-Flow combines match cleaning system capacity to the size of the machine, providing superior productivity, grain sample quality and savings. The patented design of the Cross Flow™ cleaning system fan delivers consistently clean grain samples no matter the harvest condition.
Residue Management
Handle Even Tough Residue with Consistent Results
The Case IH residue management system handles tough residue in all crop conditions and delivers consistency across the larger header widths used on the Axial-Flow 260 series combines. This prepares the ground for next year’s crop and can create consistent windrow formations and long straw for baling.
Maintenance & Uptime
Get the Most Out of Your Axial-Flow 260 Series Combine
