MEEHANITE licensed castings are annealed and stress relieved to ensure maximum precision and vibration absorption.
Linear guideways provide fast and smooth movements to ensure excellent machining results and high accuracy.
Axis motors are directly coupled with ball screws, featuring highly efficient motion control, fast response, and low noise.
Every contact sliding surface is applied with Turcite-B that maximizes the durability of slideways and features optimum damping coefficient. The mating surfaces are precision hand scraped to increase the flatness and improve geometric accuracy of the whole assembly.
Telescopic steel way covers on three axes to protect ways and ballscrews from chips and coolant.
